Path of Exile Item Upgrading

In Path of Exile, item upgrading is among the most effective ways to upgrade your gear without relying on big-ticket drops or trade. This article will teach you how to upgrade your gear.

Upgrades to equipment provide an increase in the item's stats. This bonus scales with the upgrade item component's level and rarity.

Components

Upgrade components can make your armour and weapons stronger. You can locate them by destroying enemies, purchasing them from karma vendors, or finding them in item-spheres.
