cheap single buggy Single Pushchairs

If you're looking to save money and don't require a stroller single that doubles into car seat carriers the Babyzen Yoyo is a good option. It comes with a flip-flop-friendly one-step footbrake.

It's easy to push, and it feels solid when you are traversing kerbs and woodland trails. Plus, it's a dream to fold.

1. Babyzen YOYO2

The Babyzen YOYO2 has earned itself a reputation as the most lightweight buggy for jet-setters and city dwellers alike, due to its super nimble manoeuvrability and foldable design that can be tucked away in aeroplane overhead luggage. This latest version boasts independent suspension on all four wheels that is made of Hytrel elastomer that allows it to perfectly navigate through all kinds of surfaces and terrain'.

The YOYO2 frame base along with the curved fabric bassinet and six-month color pack combine to create a stylish pushchair that's easy on the eyes, with a subtle but elegant design and stylish branding. The base frame weighs less than a kilogram, and is so light you can lift it out of the box with just one hand.

The hood, for example is able to snap onto the YOYO2 with a reassuring way. It is machine washable up to 30 degrees which helps prevent stains caused by smushed rice cakes and carrot puffs. The Newborn Pack and bassinet can be used from birth as a pram. It can also be converted to a stroller by 6 months with the YOYO connect additional chassis.

2. Evenflo Pivot Xplore

Evenflo Pivot Xplore stroller wagon is an excellent choice for parents who are looking for a versatile stroller. The Evenflo Xplore can be converted from a stroller to the wagon by turning the handle. Parents can then decide which mode is best lightweight single stroller for their needs. The wagon is able to accommodate one or two children from 6 months to five years old. It comes with a large storage basket that can hold all your necessities while on the go.

The Xplore has two canopies that can rotate from front to back, offering adequate sun protection for all family members. It has a smaller footprint than other wagons. This isn't ideal for long drives or napping.

The frame of the Xplore wagon feels solid and sturdy, but it does not flex like other wagons we tried. It is also more difficult than other wagons to fold, and does not lock tightly when folded. It is easy to move, however, and it can fit through doors that are narrower than 28 inches.

3. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side

This Delta Children bare-bones travel stroller is a great option for parents who are looking for a secondary stroller that's priced reasonably. It earned an eye-catching score in our Strollers & Multiples test for weight and fold size, which means it's very light, compact when folded and easy to put into a car trunk or closet. It also comes with an adjustable reclining seat that can be positioned in several positions as well as a cup holder for the parent. Other key features include 360-degree shock-absorbing front wheels, as well as two large storage bags that hang from the ceiling.

In our test of the push and turn, it did better than most of the other Cheap Single Pushchair strollers we tried, but it's not the most maneuverable over uneven ground or through narrow doors. The sunshades on it were among the smallest strollers we test. They only cover the top of the stroller and do not have peekaboo windows. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 has a more extensive canopy.

4. Maxi-Cosi Zelia 2-in-1

The Zelia is Maxi-Cosi’s newest pushchair, and is advertised as a travel system for urban use. It is designed to carry infants from birth until around 3.5 years old, and can be converted between a carrycot and seat with a few clicks. It can be used with Maxi Cosi capsule car seats. It comes with a light Mico 30 infant seat, a car-base that stays in the car and a reversible baby carriage.

It's really easy to maneuver and the one-hand recline of the seat and the massive shopping basket make it easy for parent-tots to get the child out and in quickly. This narrow pushchair handled every day bumps and doors easily.

The front wheels are able to be locked in a forward-facing position and can also swivel. This is helpful for navigating through rough terrain. While walking on the stony path, we let them swivel and it performed well, although it seemed more bumpy than the other models on test.

5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2

Baby Jogger is most famous for its 3-wheeled all-terrain strollers that jog. However, they also make a broad range of 4-wheeler pushchairs. City Tour 2 is their most loved model. It is easy to fold and can fit into the car's boot even with an attached carrycot.

It's a bit heavier than other strollers we tested but the wheels are a rubber composite, which makes it feel well-built and durable. It's a breeze to maneuver across all types of terrain and it's easy to carry even with two children and shopping bags.

Both the seat and the carrycot come with hoods that can be removed to reveal UV50and sun canopy extensions. They are sturdy and waterproof, in contrast to other hoods for prams that can be blown back onto toddlers' faces.

It's not the biggest of storage space, but it does have a big basket that's deep enough for an infant's changing bag and plenty of food items. You can also pair it with a Baby Jogger car seat for infants up 20 lbs (car seat and adapters are sold separately). The City Tour 2 is a ideal choice for those looking to take a stroller with you on the go.

6. Nuna Mixx Next

When the Nuna Mixx first came onto the scene it stole the hearts of parents everywhere. It's an aluminum-framed stroller that can be used from the infant's first days until. It has a number of stand-out features including the possibility of flipping the seat to be parent-facing and world-facing, a large UPF 50+ canopy with an eye-shade that flips out as well as a large basket and adjustable handlebar.

The chassis comes with a suspension system built-in which reduces the impact of bumpy terrain. The wheels are constructed of tough foam, which reduces punctures. Our test driver found it easy to push and was able to maneuver it through narrow streets with ease.

It folds in four simple steps and automatically locks with no fuss. It can also be folded and raised for easier transport down the stairs or in the trunk of the car. The travel system is also included with the option to add an additional car seat or carrycot by using the adaptors that are included. The brakes are easy to use, using a single strollers that connect colored and flip-flop-friendly.

7. Babyzen Duet

This budget single push chair pushchair is surprisingly easy to maneuver and comes with excellent dual suspension, a one-hand fold, and a handy carry strap. It's also light and robust. The seat can be reclined into various positions. It also is equipped with a double breathable mattress that's suitable from birth.

The canopy/seat comes with two extra-large fixed or flip-out sun visors, both of which are UPF50+. The toggle closure isn't ideal as it’s not as quiet as Velcro and could wake up napping babies.

The Duet is an angled stroller that can be used for twins or siblings. (Up to 22kg per seat). It is compatible with two infant car seats and even works with a few carrycots. In twin mode the seats can be positioned to face one another or rotate around to face the parents, theoretically reducing sibling fights over who should sit with mom and dad. It comes with a huge tray for gears as well as a bottle holder and snack trays. It also has an automated frame lock as well as a compact fold.

8. Baby Jogger Urban Glide 2.

The Thule Urban glide 2 is a great stroller for parents who like to be active. It's one of the lightest strollers you can buy for your child. It comes with excellent safety features such as five-point harnesses and a secure wrist strap. It comes with a different kind of hand brake than other models that is a twist.

The seat is well-padded and has plenty of room to sit in, but the seat's depth is less than other joggers that we've tested (it's approximately 10"). The storage bin is covered with a zipper that keeps things secure. It can hold up to 10lbs, which is enough for the majority of diaper bags.

The Urban Glide 2 isn't compatible with bassinets or infant car seats as of yet, but you can use it from the beginning by purchasing adapters for the majority of seats made by brands such as BOB, Graco, Combi, Evenflo, Britax, and UPPAbaby. It's easy to fold and put together within 5-10 minutes, without tools. The instruction manual is simple to understand and comes in a variety of languages.
