It vacuums the carpeted rooms extremely quickly and the hardwood floors in the living room, and hallways in a single pass. The motor's 8,000pa power allows it to pick up dirt as well as pet hair and even droppings effortlessly. Carpet detection increases power automatically when it encounters rugs and the two side brushes help pull away debris from corners.

The only issue is that the S1 Pro must use a exclusive cleaning solution for mopping, and is separate from the vacuum. It is simple to install and works well. However, if you are buying this robot vacuum solely for mopping you must pay attention to this.

On the positive side the X1 Omni is a beautiful-looking robot thanks to the design team at Jacob Jensen (of Bang & Olufsen fame) who dreamed up its modern and sleek base as well as mopping pad. It's a major change from the utilitarian black bases of competitors like Roborock and iRobot, and a welcome sight in a space that is dominated by bulky boxy models.
